Vlad graduated from McGill University in 2015 with an Honours BA degree in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University in 2018. While at Queen’s, Vlad spent two years volunteering and working at the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic. Vlad articled with a full-service firm and was called to the Bar in 2019. Vlad has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Provincial Court and a number of Ontario Tribunals.
