Michael graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2016 with an Honors Specialization Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in media, information and technoculture. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University in 2019. After articling with a personal injury firm, Michael was called to the Bar in 2020. Prior to joining AMR LLP in 2022, he worked at a personal injury firm in downtown Toronto. Michael primarily practices in insurance defence litigation – representing clients in accident benefits claims, priority and loss transfer disputes, occupiers’ liability claims and motor vehicle accident claims – and regularly appears before Associate Judges and Judges at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
