Marko’s practice focuses on insurance defence litigation principally in the areas of motor vehicle litigation, including third-party bodily injury and first-party accident benefits claims, property damage, occupier’s liability, insurance coverage issues, subrogation and product liability claims. He also has experience dealing with special investigations unit files relating to suspicious losses and staged accidents. Marko has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court as well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal. Marko received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.
