With over 20 years’ experience practicing insurance defence litigation, Peter has successfully won a variety of cases both in and out of court. Along with leading AMR’s Examination Under Oath team, he is an integral part of the firm’s anti-fraud team dealing with clinic fraud, arson claims, property theft and other issues. Peter has delivered seminars on a variety of insurer-related topics for clients. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Toronto Lawyers Association, Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario and Defence Research Institute.
